File a campaign finance report
PDF periodic report forms may be used only by filers with an electronic filing waiver
Each candidate for state office, party unit, political committee, and political fund must file reports electronically unless a waiver has been granted. Filers will need to file between one and six periodic reports covering 2025, depending on the type of filer and whether the filer spends more than $200 to influence local elections and is thereby required to file periodic reports throughout the year under Minnesota Statutes section 10A.20, subdivision 2a. Use the disclosure calendars quick link on the right to find reporting dates for each type of filer. For more information or to request an electronic filing waiver, click the quick link to the right.
