The Board will hold a public hearing at 9:00 AM on October 25, 2024, to hear testimony on whether the laws regulating lobbying should distinguish between lobbying public officials in state government, and lobbying local officials in political subdivisions. The hearing will be held in the MN Senate Office Building, Hearing Room 1200. A Dual Notice of the Board's intent to adopt administrative rules was published in the State Register on October 7, 2024.
