An economic interest statement must be completed annually by each board member and the chief administrative officer of volunteer firefighter relief associations and paid firefighter and police relief associations that have less than $8 million in assets. The chief administrative officer is the person who has primary responsibility for the execution of the administrative or management affairs of the relief association. The statement of economic interest must be filed annually with the chief administrative officer of the relief association. The statements must be available for public inspection during regular office hours at the relief association's office.
